We are new to Brick Owl, but we have several years experience selling (non Lego items) on other marketplaces. We have lots of experience packing and shipping fragile items, so rest assured that your order is in safe hands!

We offer flat rate shipping of $5.49 on all orders below $75. Orders above $75 (before any applicable taxes) ship free within the USA.

We aim to process most orders on the same or next business day. Orders received over the weekend and after 12 Noon Central Time on Friday may not ship until Monday.

No minimum orders, no handling fees!

All parts listed as new are handled as little as possible. Some minor surface scratching is possible due to movement in packaging etc. Minifigures are assembled and placed into poly-bags unless otherwise stated. All items are stored in a smoke-free home.
